A company by any other name than Nik?

Nik does oil, banking, jewellery, optics, radio broadcasting, hard spirits...

No, I haven't gone multinational and expanded beyond translation from southeast European languages, Australian localisation or editing for the Balkans... so far.

However, seeing these pics you'd be mistaken that I've branched into a wide range of different fields 😁

Here are some businesses part of my "brand" that I've found in the most unexpected of places in my travels...

There's a Nik Market in Skopje, Macedonia

Nik Optika is in Korçë, Albania.

Nik FM in on the air in Tiraspol, Transnistria, Moldova

A hole-in-the-wall simply called 'Nik' selling spirits and products in Elista, Kalmykia, Russia

Nothing though beats my own oil company, Nikoil, in Azerbaijan. Nikoil even has its own bank!

And if that's not enough, then Baku has a TV and internet provider called NNTV! My initials!

And you can check out the bling on offer at Nik Gems, the place to go for all your jewels you need, in Tbilisi, Georgia

Montenegro loves Nik stuff. There's the Nik beer restaurant in Budva

Nik Mobil in Nikšić, Montenegro for all your mobile phone needs

And Kotor, Montenegro has not one but 11 Nik Markets!

OK, this was just a frivolous post to put up some quirky travel shots. But hey, it's holiday time in the Northern Hemisphere! 😎
